Purposes of processing your personal data

2 | What information will we collect from you?
You should know that there are different ways to collect personal data:

We collect information about you when you contact us through the channels provided for this purpose, such as the contact form and the reservation form.
When you contact us through these channels, we will ask for your express consent to collect your first and last name, email and telephone number. We may also obtain additional information about you if you send us any comments, for example, requesting a special diet, a specific location, questions about the accessibility of the premises, or any other information that may be relevant. In this sense, we will use the information provided for the sole purpose of managing your request.
All fields marked with an asterisk (*) in the forms provided to you in the channels must be completed, so that the omission of any of them could result in the impossibility to provide you with the requested services.
You may not, when providing any data that may be requested on the channels, choose offensive expressions, coinciding with trademarks, trade names, for whose use you are not authorized.
So that the information provided is always updated and does not contain errors, you must inform AccorInvest, as soon as possible, of any changes to your personal data by sending an e-mail to H0843-FB@accor.com.
Likewise, by clicking on the “I accept”, “Book” (or equivalent) button incorporated in the aforementioned forms, you declare that the information and data you have provided in them are accurate and truthful.

3 | What is the origin of your data?
We consider that all data processed by AccorInvest is freely provided by you.
In the event that the personal data provided belong to a third party, you guarantee that you have informed them of this Privacy Policy and have obtained their authorization to provide the data to AccorInvest for the purposes indicated above. Likewise, you guarantee that the data provided are accurate and up to date, and you are responsible for any damage or harm, direct or indirect, that may be caused as a result of non-compliance with this obligation.
4 | How will we use your personal information? What services do we provide you?
AccorInvest acts as the controller of personal data for the following purposes:
- Manage and attend the requested reservations, based on the contractual or pre-contractual relationship between the parties and the consent given by the user when clicking on “Book” and requesting such service.
- To respond to requests for information through the web form provided, based on the consent given by the user by clicking on “Send”.
- To keep you informed about AccorInvest’s products and services, as well as to send you news, notify you of events and other activities that we carry out in AccorInvest, by conventional and/or electronic means (e-mails, SMS,…) related to the products or services that we market and that may be of interest to you, based on the existence of a legitimate interest on the part of AccorInvest.
- Conduct quality and satisfaction surveys of users who have made a reservation at the restaurant in order to improve our services, based on the existence of a legitimate interest on the part of AccorInvest.
5 | Transfer of data and international transfers
All transfers of personal data that we make are necessary for the fulfillment of the stated purposes, or are made to comply with a legal obligation. In this sense, we may communicate your data to companies that provide IT services, tools or IT infrastructure on which the web services provided by AccorInvest are based, such as hosting providers, web development, CRM, reservation management tools, etc.
We inform you that any transfer will be made taking into account all the necessary legal safeguards. We also guarantee that we sign specific contracts with all our service providers in accordance with the regulations.
For the provision of these services, there are no international data transfers.
6 | Exercising your rights
We inform you that you may exercise the following rights:
- Right of access to your personal data to know which are being processed and the processing operations carried out with them.
- Right to rectify any inaccurate personal data.
- Right of deletion of your personal data, when possible.
- The right to request the limitation of the processing of your personal data when the accuracy, lawfulness or necessity of the data processing is in doubt, in which case, we may retain the data for the exercise or defense of claims.
- Right to object to the processing of your personal data when the legal basis that enables us to process it, in accordance with paragraph 4 above, is legitimate interest.
- Right to the portability of your data, when the legal basis that enables us to process it of those indicated in paragraph 4 above is the existence of a contractual relationship or your consent.
- Right to revoke consent given to AccorInvest.
You may exercise your rights at any time and free of charge in the following ways:

- By sending a written request to the address Avenida Capital de España, 8, CP: 28042, Madrid, indicating the right you wish to exercise and your personal data.
We also inform you that you have the right to file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency if you consider that we have committed a breach of data protection legislation with respect to the processing of your personal data.
7 | Retention Periods and Cookies
Your data will be kept only for the periods established by the applicable regulations, as long as you do not request their deletion, and as long as they do not have to be deleted because they are necessary for the fulfillment of a legal obligation or for the formulation, exercise and defense of claims. Any of the data you provide us through the channels will be blocked as long as they are no longer necessary to manage the service and will only be available in case there is a legal obligation (derived from a request from the State Security Forces or Courts and Tribunals) as well as when you exercise your rights in H0843-FB@accor.com.
In relation to your personal data obtained through the channels, AccorInvest uses Cookies according to the Cookies Policy.
8 | Security and confidentiality
We are committed to the security of your information. In order to prevent unauthorized access to or unauthorized disclosure of personal data, we have taken appropriate technical and physical measures and management processes to safeguard and secure the information we collect from you.
9 | Minors
Minors under 14 years of age may not use the services available through the Site without the prior authorization of their parents, guardians or legal representatives, who shall be solely responsible for all acts performed through the Site by the minors in their care, including the completion of the forms with the personal data of such minors and the marking, where appropriate, of the boxes that accompany them. In this sense, and to the extent that AccorInvest does not have the capacity to control whether or not users are minors, parents and guardians must enable the necessary mechanisms to prevent minors from accessing the Site and/or providing personal data without their supervision, and AccorInvest does not accept any responsibility in this regard.
10 | Privacy Policy Update
We make our best efforts to keep our privacy policy fully updated on a monthly basis. If we make changes, they will be clearly identifiable and specific, as permitted by the relationship we have established with you (e.g., we may communicate changes to you by email).
